2020 Fall Application Deadline: March 10, 2020

There are two ways to apply to PHPB.

  1. If you are applying to UF PHPB ONLY (or UF PHPB and schools that do not require a PostBacCAS application), please Click here and follow the steps below to be sure your application is complete:
    1. Complete the UF PHPB Career Changer or ReStart Application . Please include a copy of your unofficial transcripts with your application.
    2. Complete the University of Florida Admission Office Post-Baccalaureate Application and submit the application fee.
      When filling out the application, be sure to select “PHPB” as your Postbaccalaureate type.
    3. Send official transcripts from each institution you’ve attended to:
      University of Florida
      Office of Admissions
      PO Box 114000
      Gainesville, FL 32611-4000
    4. Two letters of recommendation are required as part of the UF PHPB Application. Once you submit your application an email will be sent to the recommenders listed in your application requesting a letter of recommendation. Your recommenders should submit these directly to phpostbac@clas.ufl.edu. Recommenders should be individuals who know you in a professional or academic capacity. They should not be family members, peers, or family friends. Appropriate recommenders include people such as professors, employers, volunteer coordinators, or health care providers you have worked with
  2. If you are applying to other post-bac programs that require a PostBacCAS application, Click here and follow the steps below to be sure your application is considered complete:
    1. Complete the PostBacCAS Application, selecting UF as the program for which you are applying.
    2. Complete the University of Florida Admission’s Office post-baccalaureate application.
      When filling out the application, be sure to select “PHPB” as your Postbaccalaureate type.
    3. Send official transcripts from each institution you’ve attended to:

      Gainesville, FL 32611-4000
      Note: You must also send official transcripts directly to PostBacCAS.
